Ayala joined the ISRAEL 15 taskforce at Reut in July 2010, and serves as a member of the Galil team developing and mobilizing impacts efforts regarding inclusive growth and regional development. Before, she took part in developing the conceptual framework: " Israel's New Social Contract for Growth, Inclusiveness and Community-Building". In addition, Ayala is promoting organizational learning forums in Reut.Ayala holds a MA in clinical and educational psychology from the Hebrew university and a graduate of the Young leadership in the periphery program from Mandel institute.
Before joining the Reut Institute, Ayala worked in ELKA - JDC Israel in research and development in the areas of governance and civil society. Before that, Ayala has developed civic education and leadership programs in Shatil, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel and the Van-Leer Institute.
Ayala was active as a volunteer in several civic organizations, such as the social - economic college, the Committee for Fair Education in Jerusalem and the directing committee of the ELEM Association. In addition, she has participated in several Israeli and Palestinian dialog seminars.
